North of 31st Street, block just north of start of buffered bikeway, there is a bike lane (? -- it becomes a striped shoulder) dashed across a driveway entrance. The building on the left is the back of the James A. Farley Post Office Annex. The more distant part of the lane to the left is contraflow; and converges on an entry for the Post Office garage just beyond the white van. A motorcyclist is entering underneath the usps.com sign.
