Cycle track

As I recall, Jennifer Toole pointed out some of the problems with this installation in Dublin, Ireland, but did not condemn all cycle tracks of this type -- the term is used broadly for different types of off-road facilities. This one is a one-way sidepath. Its narrowness, the hazardous bollards close to it, the turns, too sharp for a bicyclist to navigate at a reasonable speed, and the light traffic on the adjacent street all raise the question: "what's the point?"
