Barrier-separated bike lane ends. A car is parked at the curb after the end of the barrier, at a gas station -- note pricing sign out in the street, and pumps (but no hose extending to car at this moment...). A passenger is visible through the car's rear window. The driver is getting back into the parked car, probably after refueling. The following car is probably queued with the others in the foreground to take a turn at the pumps. The three signs on the right read 1) "no parking, vehicles will be towed, gas station open 6 days per week; 2) "end of parking prohibition"; 3) [bicycle in blue circle], "mandatory bike lane" -- the bike lane resumes after the curbside gas station. A bicyclist approaches in the bike lane. Another bicyclist is visible ahead of the car, close to the curb.
