Median path

In Tarpon Springs, a couple miles southwest of the tunnel, the path runs down the median of Safford Avenue, along the former rail alignment. The signs are warranted. This is a particularly hazardous intersection because bicyclists must look behind themselves to the right for left-turning traffic. Note brick pavement -- riding on the road isn't any picnic here, either.
