I have been interviewed!

Diane Lees (now Diane Jenks) interviewed me for The Outspoken Cyclist radio program which will stream at 5:30 PM EDT Saturday, April 23rd 2011 at 5:30pm EDT at https://www.wjcu.org/2011/04/23/the-outspoken-cyclist-4232011 (updated URL as of September, 2025) or on 88.7FM – WJCU from University Hts., OH. and be available from 6:30 PM at the same address as a podcast. Mostly we talked about my writing — Diane invited me to talk about bicycling advocacy on a future show.

[Update: Also, Diane interviewed Harriet Fell and me about sheldonbrown.com on June 26, 2021. ]

John S. Allen is the author or co-author of numerous publications about bicycling including Bicycling Street Smarts, which has been adopted as the bicycle driver's manual in several US states. He has been active with the Massachusetts Bicycle Coalition since 1978 and served as a member of the board of Directors of the League of American Bicyclists from 2003 through 2009.
