A bicyclist opposite traffic at the same location. Riding on the left sidewalk carries a very high risk of car-bike collisions at intersections and driveways. Also note the difference in level at the seam in the pavement, more visible in this photo than in others, and sufficient to topple a bicyclist to the left into the path of motor vehicles.
