End of parking-to-left-turn-lane transition. Note LEFT TURN LANE sign on island next to taxi. Street furniture effectively channelizes pedestrians (not that there is any parked car to access here, but double-parking incentive is everywhere). The markings direct bicyclists to keep left, but it is possible to merge into the left-turn pocket and continue straight on the motorists' left arrow. The motorist is still waiting to turn left. A pedestrian is crossing against the light.
