We look west along the Rue Cherrier. Bicyclists are traveling eastbound in the sidepath, photo taken 1992. Since this photo was taken, separate bicycle signals have been installed at some intersections. An observer has reported that bicyclist compliance with a special signal with a 7-second green was zero during a half-hour of watching.
