Bottom Bracket
The Phil Wood cartridge bottom bracket can be purchased with mounting rings to fit Raleigh bottom-bracket threading. Recommended specs: 73 mm center, 116 mm spindle, 26 TPI Raleigh mounting rings. The Phil cartridge I used has a 119 mm spindle and 4 mm offset, and that's why the left mounting ring protrudes. I had to grind a bit of weld flash away before I could get the cartridge through the bottom bracket shell of this frame.
