We are still looking across 39th Avenue from west to east. We have zoomed in with the camera -- note the contraflow bike lane, advanced stop line next to a bulbout and two-way street after the bulbout. Also note the prevalence of "wrong-way" parking -- legal? Drivers are on the curb side of parked vehicles and may not see bicyclists hidden by other parked vehicles. Bicyclists must ride in the middle of the right lane to avoid the risk of collision with vehicles pulling out of parking spaces.
